I led the UX/UI strategy and design team for the Circle Craft Holiday Market website, overseeing a phased experience that shifted from artisan applications to a visitor-focused interface as the event approached. I established the visual direction and branding, and worked closely with a team of graphic designers to delegate and deliver all digital and print assets, ensuring consistency across the website, ads, and on-site materials. By addressing key UX pain points—like hard-to-find event details—we redesigned the first fold for clarity and conversion. The campaign achieved over 45 million media impressions, a 384% increase in Meta ad reach, and 105% of ticket sales through the website.
